Footlights Community Theater will be hosting it's 2nd drama workshop in August 2008.

Playtime!

We will be presenting The Cat that Walked By Himself by Rudyard Kipling, author of the Jungle Book. We will also perform The Elves and the Shoemaker and other stories by Danish poet, Hans Christian Anderson.

Registration for this week long workshop will be Saturday August  16th, 9am-12pm at Julian Newman Elementary School. Classes will be held daily August 18th-22nd from 3:30-5:30pm through Friday with performances on Saturday, August 23rd. Tuition per student is $45 with a 10% discount for siblings who also participate. Scholarships available. Please inquire by emailing footlightstheater@yahoo.com for details.

A second performance opportunity will be at Arts on the Square in September where we have been invited to share our stories with the public!
